Carrot chantenay. Very old French heirloom variety famous for their sweet 'carroty' flavor. Crunchy and bright orange. Do well in heavy soil. This is a medium sized stubby French carrot from the next town along to Nantes, which is of course also famous for it's carrots. 10 gram packet.
